Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment being received unless otherwise noted. When chips have been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Standard delivery via UPS ground and all shipments are fully insured. Although site states UPS on check out, Nevada Jacks LLC reserves the right to use any other similar carrier to faciltate delivery. All items carefully packed for safe delivery. All sets are double boxed for protection. Special 2-3 day and Overnight shipping available upon request. Returns will only be accepted if returned unplayed, in original packaging with return shipping within 3 days of delivery. We have a flat $25 restocking fee for all returned items plus shipping charges. On return items, even if the item has 'free shipping', the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges Nevada Jacks incurred for their order. 'Free Shipping' only applies to items that are received and accepted. Shipping charges for all returns are the responsibilty of the customer. $25 restocking fee is waived for full exchanges. No refunds will be issued until returned item has been recieved. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process.
Damaged Shipments
All UPS shipments are fully insured unless otherwise noted. If there is damage to any or all of the items the customer must abide by the following process or insurance may be void.
1) original package and packing must be saved - DO NOT disgard anything
2) call (888) 652-4477 and email immediately. You must contact us within 2 business days of the delivery of the package.
3) all requests for information required by the shipping company must be promptly answered. Failure to provide information in a timely manner may void the insurance.
4) once claim is complete replacement item will issued.
We take great pride in our customer service. We will do everything reasonable to provide you with a high quality product and superb service. We recognize that sometimes things happen which is out of our and your control. We just ask that you be patient.
